Q: What are pedometers??
A: A pedometer is a device that calculates the distance you have walked or run. It senses your movements and counts your steps.

Q: How should I wear my Pedz??
A: Using the built in belt clip attach is on the waistline of your pants next to your hip.

Q: Are there ways I can accidently break my Pedz??
A: Yes!!! First off do not shake them, this will cause over stimulation of the inner spring causing it to wear down or break!! Also keep it away from water; water will destroy the inner computer board. Try your best to not drop and crush them as well. More than likely a drop will not break it but there is always a chance as with any electronic device that it can break.

Q: Why does the screen go blank when I stop stepping??
A: It does this automatically to save battery life, don't be alarmed all your information will be saved unless you hit the reset button.

Q: Where is my registration code??
A: On the inside of the package that your Pedz came in.

Q: How do I enter my steps??
A: You will need to click on the section tab called "Pedz steps", enter the number of steps in the entry box and press submit.

Q: How do I add workout buddies??
A: First you will need to know your friends username. Second when logged in you will click on the add buddy ink and then type in their username.

Q: What do I get if I win a challenge or meet a goal??
A: You will be rewarded with bonus steps that will be added to your step-o-meter.

Q: Can I use MyPedz.com if I don't have a Pedz??
A: No you must first buy a Pedz to get onto the website.
